Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Operations Supervisor to oversee our landscaping projects at Ikonic Enterprises Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of outdoor beautification initiatives.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is mandatory.
Work Environment

The position involves working primarily outdoors, managing various landscaping tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • Recruit, manage, and schedule team members effectively.
  • Coordinate the organization of planting activities.
  • Develop work schedules and timelines.
  • Oversee grounds maintenance planning and execution.
  • Estimate labor and material requirements accurately.
  • Interpret blueprints and design plans.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with chain saws and small engine equipment.
  • Familiarity with sod cutters and tractor mowers.
Physical Demands

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, involving a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
