About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at C & H Cleaning and Janitorial Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to ensure that we are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Receive Payments: Receive payments for specialized cleaning services and ensure that all financial transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients. As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be working in an office building, commercial facility, or cleaning service company, and will be required to work in a variety of settings.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
