About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at C & H Cleaning and Janitorial Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning services meet the required safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for cleaning services, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Receive Payments: Receive payments for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Work Environment

Our cleaning services operate in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, and cleaning service companies. As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the required standards in each of these settings.
