About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at GP Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our landscaping crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of landscaping professionals to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • Grounds Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement plans for grounds maintenance, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for landscaping projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Construction Management: Oversee the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscaping features, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Contract Administration: Tender and administer contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving issues and improving productivity and product quality.
