Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at GP LANDSCAPING. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and construction of outdoor spaces, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, and landscaping.
  • Labor and Materials Estimation: Plan and estimate labor and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgets and timelines.
  • Construction Management: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features.
  • Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contract Administration: Tender and administer contracts with suppliers and contractors.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Work Details: This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in English.
