Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office staff, to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, including fuel, food, and other products, to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the gas station, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
