Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Food Service Sales Department in our ON office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local retail stores, restaurants, and distributors to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide market insights and product knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
  • Ability to analyze and identify market trends, changes, and implications.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese.
