About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sachtek Global Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Operational Oversight: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal productivity.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal productivity.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-45 hours per week.
