Key Responsibilities- Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel to meet customer demands and optimize our logistics operations.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Monitor and analyze our logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of dispatchers and coordinators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Troubleshoot issues and make informed decisions to resolve problems and improve our logistics operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Windows and spreadsheet software
