Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Work Record Maintenance: Maintain work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records.
  • Warehouse Organization: Organize warehouse and work areas to ensure efficient operations.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including customer service and communication with colleagues.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and assist with maintenance of communications equipment.
  • Emergency Response: Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow-up on issues with work orders and maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Scheduling: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
