Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage to management.
  • Human Resources
    • Hire and train food service staff, ensuring that they meet the company's standards and expectations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
