Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KPJ FOOD SERVICE INC.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, own transportation, and own vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
