About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients that would benefit from our services
  • Make outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Manage and update our CRM database to track client interactions and appointments
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity and lead generation metrics

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
