We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients that would benefit from our services
- Make outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients to schedule appointments for our sales team
- Manage and update our CRM database to track client interactions and appointments
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity and lead generation metrics
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- At least 12 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
