Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at THE ORTHODONTIC CENTRE AT NORTHLAND. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to users, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, using your expertise to identify and implement solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of user interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
