About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at Randy's Pizza and Donair. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and well-stocked environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and free of clutter.
  • Perform Opening and Closing Activities: Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, reconciling sales, and preparing for the next day.
  • Monitor Inventory Levels: Keep track of inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
