About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at World Wide Furniture Limited. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, answer inquiries, and provide information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Arrange for billing, refunds, and credits, and issue receipts and other forms as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics, and obtain and examine relevant information to assess customer feedback and complaints.
  • Office Administration: Perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, and receive credit and employment applications.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
