Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Montana's BBQ & Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training to ensure that our team members are equipped to provide excellent service
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, staff, and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
