Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading and unloading equipment and packages on UPS aircraft. He/she may also perform other tasks as assigned on the ramp and inside the warehouse in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and properly execute the methods for working on the ramp and inside the warehouse.
  • Unload and load UPS aircraft.
  • Operate equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Alberta Class 5 Non GDL Driver License.
  • Able to clear a 5-year Extended Background Check.
  • Available to work Tuesday to Friday starting at 6:50am and Saturday starting at 7:30am, up to 5 hours per day.
  • Ramp or Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain an airport pass (RAIC) upon starting the position.
  • Ability to operate equipment on the ramp with a D/A later in the employment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced physically-demanding ramp and warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable working in various frequently changing weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working inside confined spaces in vehicles.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
