Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous individual to fill the role of Autobody Production Manager & Bookkeeper. This position demands a blend of production oversight and financial acumen to manage both the operational and fiscal elements of our autobody repair facility.
- Transaction Recording: Accurately input daily financial transactions into the accounting system or ledger.
- Account Oversight: Manage accounts receivable and payable with precision.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- General Ledger Management: Regularly maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Payroll Administration: Guarantee timely and precise payroll processing.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Tax Assistance: Aid in tax preparation and audits through meticulous record-keeping.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Software Expertise: Utilize accounting software effectively for financial management.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes.
- Office Administration: Oversee office supplies and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to enhance office productivity.
- Client Relations: Address client inquiries and serve as the primary contact point.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
