Job Summary

CSN Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review damage reports and estimates to plan work and ensure accurate repairs
  • Examine collision damage thoroughly, identifying all affected areas and hidden damages
  • Perform structural and complete body repairs, including welding and replacement of front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components
  • Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
  • Restore vehicles to factory specification, ensuring a high-quality finish and attention to detail
  • Inspect repaired vehicles and test drive them for proper handling
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in auto body repair
  • Auto Body Repair - 310B Red Seal License (310Q) or registered apprenticeship program
  • I-Car and OEM certifications are favorable
  • Must have I-car Welding certification and be willing to enroll in the welding course if not already certified
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs, stand, sit, walk, and reach
  • Valid Driver's license required
  • Must have own tools and safety footwear

Schedule

8.5 hour shift, Monday to Friday
