CSN Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Review damage reports and estimates to plan work and ensure accurate repairs
- Examine collision damage thoroughly, identifying all affected areas and hidden damages
- Perform structural and complete body repairs, including welding and replacement of front end, body, and underbody components
- Restore vehicles to factory specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish and attention to detail
- Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure proper handling and safety
- 3+ years of experience in auto body repair
- Auto Body Collision and Damage Repairer (310B) Red Seal License (310Q) or equivalent certification
- I-Car and OEM certifications are a plus
- Ability to work with a variety of metals, plastics, and glass
- Strong organizational and communication skills
