Executive Chef – Regional Victoria

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Regional Victoria. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are prepared and presented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and development
- Food and labour cost estimation
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless operations
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Freezing and preserving foods to maintain quality and freshness
Requirements:
- Completion of a relevant Commercial Cookery qualification, including Cert IV or Diploma of Hospitality
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong cookery techniques and ability to learn new ones
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with food safety and OHS guidelines
- Attention to detail and ability to manage stock effectively
