Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Thrifty Car Rental. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our rental agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and team productivity.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
