Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using our cutting-edge technology.

- Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products, pricing, and availability.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English / French) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
