We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.


• Provide exceptional customer service and support.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.



Requirements

Language Skills: Excellent English and French communication skills, both oral and written.


Education: High school diploma or equivalent.


Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience.
