Position Overview:

As an Airport Access Control Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to uphold security measures and execute administrative functions within the Pass Control Office. Key responsibilities include:
  • Evaluating RAIC applications and managing pass control processes.
  • Conducting fingerprinting procedures and delivering exceptional customer service to both the public and airport personnel.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as baggage management, lost and found services, and key oversight under the guidance of the Security Services Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Background in administration or relevant experience.
  • Competence in computer operations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure.

Employment Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid RAIC issued by Transport Canada.
  • Security License from the appropriate governing body.
  • Completion of necessary online training courses as required.
