Airport Pass Control Assistant Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Airport Pass Control Assistant to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and administrative duties of the Airport Pass Control Office are carried out efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Review RAIC applications and ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations
* Conduct pass control and fingerprinting services for airport personnel
* Provide exceptional customer service to the public and airport community
* Assist with administrative tasks, including baggage storage, lost and found, key control, and visitor pass sign out

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Administrative training or equivalent experience
* Computer proficiency
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Valid RAIC through Transport Canada
* Security License through the NS Department Of Justice

**Education Requirements:**

* High School Diploma/GED
* Certificate Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related) field

**Working Conditions:**

* Work M-F between the hours of 6:00 am - 11:00 pm
