Join Paladin Security as a Pass Control Office Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to become a vital part of our Airport Pass Control Office team. In the role of Pass Control Office Administrator, your responsibilities will encompass a range of security and administrative duties, including the evaluation of RAIC applications, overseeing pass control, conducting fingerprinting, and delivering outstanding customer service to both the public and the airport community.

Your role will also involve supporting the Security Office Assistant with tasks related to baggage storage, managing lost and found items, key control, and the issuance of visitor passes. You will report directly to the Security Services Manager and will work during designated hours throughout the week.

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Relevant administrative training or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure

Successful candidates will be required to obtain a valid RAIC through Transport Canada, a Security License from the NS Department of Justice, and complete necessary online training courses.

Educational Background:

High School Diploma or GED
Certificate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
