Job Description:

The Airport Pass Control Assistant is responsible for the security and administrative duties of the Airport Pass Control Office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and processing RAIC applications
  • Managing pass control and fingerprinting procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service to the public and airport community
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including baggage storage, lost and found, key control, and visitor pass sign out

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Administrative training or equivalent experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Valid RAIC through Transport Canada
  • Security License through the NS Department Of Justice
