Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at TSAWWASSEN RESTAURANT LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to balance costs and customer demand.
  • Staff Management: Plan and organize daily operations, set staff schedules, and ensure effective team performance.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week
