We are seeking a skilled Carpenter - Formwork Specialist to join our team at Omega Formwork Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. They will also build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments.
  • Collaborate with a team of 1-2 people.
  • Hold relevant certifications, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training, Working at Heights training, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
Requirements:
  • Own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Reliability and team player attitude.
