About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Nortek Air Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute customized marketing plans for key clients.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Support cost calculations and provide market insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Computer skills, including CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Bilingualism (English) is an asset.
