We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team

  • Provide exceptional technical support: Deliver voice and email support to ensure timely resolution of incidents according to ITIL best practices.
  • Drive issue resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, proactively troubleshoot problems, and communicate effectively with clients throughout the process.
  • Master the incident lifecycle: Manage the entire incident management process, from logging to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proactive monitoring and escalation: Monitor systems for potential issues, implement documented escalation procedures, and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
  • Technical expertise: Possess a strong understanding of various technologies, including application support (both off-the-shelf and customized), MFD troubleshooting, VPN software, collaboration tools, password reset tools, remote control tools, MS Windows & Office, desktops, laptops, iPads, peripherals, networking, and IP telephony.
  • Excellent communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, keeping users informed about system updates and changes.
