Position Overview

The Hospitality Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment, focusing on both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, where teamwork and customer service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, delegate, and evaluate the work of staff members.
  • Recruit and train personnel on their responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
