Food Service Manager

Yogesh Hospitality Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Operations: Prepare and submit reports, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to basic security clearance requirements.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
