Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines is essential.
