Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Basic security clearance.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to work under pressure to meet the demands of the job. The work environment will be a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
