Food Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Foodco. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and that customers receive a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Supermarket/grocery store environment.
