Food Service Manager

DAHIEM' S FOOD INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and serving procedures to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in food service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated staff. The successful candidate will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
