Food Service Supervisor

DAHIEM' S FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, prepare and submit reports, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and dependability.
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
