As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Members and Guests: Greet members and guests enthusiastically to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage a positive culture at the club.
- Ensure Smooth Operations: Promptly ensure that customer inquiries are resolved professionally and thoroughly, and that all members and guests are checked in using the proper registration procedures.
- Monitor Member Check-Ins: Monitor member check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and take necessary actions to resolve any issues.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Promote Club Events: Promote club events, group fitness classes, and other in-club events to members and guests, ensuring they are aware of all the exciting opportunities available to them.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that the front desk area is tidy and well-maintained at all times.
- Process Transactions: Process transactions, including retail and concession sales, and ensure that all cash reconciliation documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide Membership Cards and Other Materials: Provide membership cards, parking decals, towels, child-minding tickets, and other materials as needed to members and guests.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Focus: A customer service-driven attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and cash transaction processing procedures.
