Front Desk Associate Morning Opener

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gold's Gym University Market Place. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Engage: Greet members and guests enthusiastically to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the club.
- Early Bird: Be available to open the club at 5:45 am and ensure a smooth start to the day.
- Customer Resolution: Promptly and professionally resolve customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Member Check-Ins: Monitor member check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and take necessary actions.
- Registration and Check-In: Ensure accurate and efficient check-in procedures for members and guests.
- Event Promotion: Promote club events, group fitness classes, and other in-club activities to members and guests.
- Cash Handling: Efficiently process daily cash reconciliation documents and handle point-of-sale transactions.
- Club Maintenance: Ensure the club is clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client loyalty.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations.
- Team Player: Be a positive and collaborative team member, working effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and cash transaction processing procedures.
