We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at iogen. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Technology and Innovation team, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and tracking actions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the training database, preparing monthly reports, and supporting administrative tasks for iogen\u2019s Health, Safety and Environmental programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Technology and Innovation team
  • Maintain the training database
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Support administrative tasks for iogen\u2019s Health, Safety and Environmental programs
  • Coordinate office contracts, including coffee service, photocopiers, and office supplies
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception, lunchroom, media room, and meeting rooms
Requirements
  • Completion of a post-secondary diploma in an office/clerical specialization or equivalent experience
  • ~2 – 4 years of experience in an office environment is preferred
  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail and ability to be flexible
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel charts
  • Familiarity with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations is an asset
