Are you a creative and passionate individual with a love for food and customer service? We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team at Fairmont Pacific Rim.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads in accordance with Fairmont standards.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food for banquets, outlet orders, and day-to-day production.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation policies.
- Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to review daily BEOs and ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of basic Pastry Kitchen terminology.
- A competitive rate of $32.35 per hour.
