Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake pastries, bread, and cakes to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Pastry Chef to design and create new pastry products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Sample and taste products to ensure quality and flavor profiles meet our standards.
  • Meet production deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of baking/pastry work experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
