About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at 1907334 Ontario LTD. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Construct and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.
  • Work at Heights and in Confined Spaces: Perform tasks at heights and in confined spaces, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Work in Various Environments: Work in various locations, including construction sites, and adapt to changing environmental conditions.
  • Transportation and Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to job sites and locations as required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive tasks and overtime.
  • Attention to Detail and Safety: Maintain attention to detail and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
