A role as a Client Relationship Manager within the Commercial & Wealth Management division entails the responsibility of expanding the portfolio of business clients assigned to you. The diverse and intricate tasks will enable you to become a trusted advisor in all your clients' financial endeavors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities within your market, enhancing your commercial client base and formulating business development strategies.
- Assist clients in achieving their business goals by recommending financial strategies tailored to the optimal mix of Bank products and services.
- Adapt and refine financial products and advisory approaches to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Negotiate agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with risk management standards and profitability criteria.
- Develop comprehensive business development plans.
- Support the Associate Vice-President in achieving objectives.
- Collaborate with the Manager – Financing Solutions.
- Engage in various networking events (cocktails, conferences, etc.).
- Identify and assess all risks associated with the activities in the Personal and Commercial Banking sector.
Your Team:
Within the Commercial & Wealth Management sector, you will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to supporting commercial clients. You will also have access to a network of experts to assist you in providing the best solutions for customers.
This position reports to the Regional Vice-President and involves working with clients in the designated region.
Training and Development:
Our hands-on training programs will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your role. Collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds will enhance your professional growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial sector, based on your academic background:
- University certificate with 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience
- Master's degree with 4 years of experience
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Experience in financial statement analysis
- Familiarity with commercial credit
