Role Overview:

As a Market Research Analyst at Reach3, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all phases of the market research project lifecycle, including:
  • Creating and refining questionnaires and discussion guides,
  • Overseeing data collection and ensuring rigorous quality control,
  • Identifying and articulating analytical insights,
  • Visualizing and reporting both quantitative and qualitative findings,
  • Crafting reports and enhancing deliverables,
  • Utilizing marketing research software tools.

You will also play a crucial role in nurturing and developing strategic client relationships, collaborating effectively with team members across the organization, and bringing a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to your work while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Hands-on experience in research, including questionnaire design, sample frame development, field management, analysis planning, data visualization, and creative report writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to seek assistance when needed.
  • A genuine passion for learning and achieving excellence.
  • Proficiency with technology and social media, as well as familiarity with online market research methodologies and platforms.
  • An innate ability to uncover stories within data, extracting meaningful insights from both qualitative and quantitative sources.
  • Creative skills in data visualization and reporting, consistently producing impressive reports for colleagues and clients.
  • A commitment to harnessing consumer insights to facilitate agile decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • A degree from a university or college.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant, hands-on experience, ideally within a supplier-side organization.
  • Experience in sectors such as Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Technology, Media/Entertainment, Financial Services, Health, or Retail.
  • Familiarity with advanced market research practices, including a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • Experience managing end-to-end market research projects, including questionnaire design, analytical reporting, and utilizing marketing research software.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with a quick adaptability to new technologies and software. A logical and analytical mindset, with a strong orientation towards numbers and problem-solving, as well as a client service focus.
