Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Track and measure digital performance across multiple channels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing functions to ensure compliance with technology integration processes and SLAs, ensuring seamless performance measurement and scalability.
- Act as a project manager for the marketing analytics team, ensuring up-to-date documentation and data governance.
- Diploma, degree, or relevant certifications in Data Management, Analytics, Mathematics, and/or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of Digital B2B Marketing Analytics and/or performance measurement and storytelling reporting experience.
- Awareness and understanding of current and future industry trends, technology, and best practices related to Buyer Journey Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing Performance.
- Experience in analyzing content performance and providing insights to optimize content strategy in campaigns.
- Experience in working with marketing, sales, and SDR teams, with strong presence and presentation skills in a fast-paced environment.
