About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at WFG Solutions INC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages.
  • Communication: Respond to electronic enquiries and communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
